Easy Size Exchanges:

We understand that it is difficult to buy a bee suit without being able to try it on first (Note: If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up). Therefore we are committed to making an easy exchange process. If you receive your suit or jacket and decide you would like to exchange it for a different size simply follow the steps below and we will send you the updated size at no additional cost. 

Steps to process a size exchange:

  • Contact us to let us know you need an exchange (Include the size you ordered and the size you need to change to)
  • We will send you the correct size, with a return label for the item being exchanged
  • Use the box the new item was sent in and the USPS return label to send us the item for return

Returns for Refund:

If you receive your suit or jacket and are unhappy for any reason you may return your order for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Returns and/or exchanges must be done within 30 days of buying your bee suit. After 30 days we will work with you to resolve any issues, but we can not promise a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We understand that it will have been tried on, but please do not wear it in the bee yard if you think you may need to exchange or return your suit. If you decide to return your bee suit please return it in the original shipping box it was received in (if possible). 

Steps to process an exchange:

  • Return unused suit or jacket in the shipping box it was received in to the address below
  • Include a note stating you are returning your order for a refund (we would love if you to include the reason for your return so we can use your feedback to continue to work to improve our products and services)
  • Once we receive your return and confirm it is unused we will issue a refund for the full purchase price

Product Quality Warranty 

ComfortPro Suits is a small American business owned and operated by a beekeeping family and we take great pride in in our work. Every piece we sell has been carefully inspected by the ComfortPro team. We open every veil and check every zipper to ensure each customer receives a quality bee suit or jacket. However, we know that it is possible that something could be overlooked or damaged in the shipping process. We hate the idea of one of our customers having a jacket or suit they are not happy with or that doesn’t hold up to their expectations. When this happens we want to make it right. Therefore we offer a one year warranty on new suit, jacket, or glove purchases. If you feel like your jacket or suit has a manufacturing defect follow the following steps and we will work with you to make it right or replace your defective item. 

Steps to file for a warranty jacket/suit replacement:

  • Email us a description of the issue you are having with the following information ()
    • Description of the issue
    • Picture(s) of the issue
    • The date of your purchase
    • The location of your purchase 
  • We will respond to your email with a return approval

Life Happens - Self-Inflicted Damage

Have you burnt a hole in your suit, perhaps you sliced your jacket's veil with your hive tool? We are beekeepers too and we understand how frustrating these bee yard mishaps can be (My bees regularly remind me how clumsy I can be). If within a year of your purchase you mistakenly set fire, slash, tear, or otherwise render your suit or jacket unsafe for protecting you from bee stings we want to help. While we can not replace your damaged suit, we can offer you a discount on your next one. Email us at the address below to let us know what happened and include a picture and we will send you a discount code for your next order.
