Our beekeeping Jackets are made from a unique material called air-mesh. This material offers superior protection from bee stings while offering great breathability. With cool air moving through your bee jacket and your body heat freely moving out you will feel cooler and more comfortable in the bee yard allowing you to focus on your bees. Our jackets are also lightweight, nearly 50% lighter than traditional 3-layered bee suits, and this is a difference you can really feel on those long hot days in the bee yard.
Our ventilated beekeeping jacket with fencing veil offers an easy zip-open veil. This zip-open veil is a huge help when you need to get a sip of water, answer a call, or do all the other things that are usually impossible from inside your bee suit. Plus, our fencing veils offer an amazingly clear view, allowing your eyes to easily focus on your bees NOT the screen in front of you.

ComfortPro Ventilated Bee Jacket Size Chart
When choosing sizes, know our sizes very closely match men’s clothing sizes. If you match the size you would wear in a men’s sweatshirt you will likely have your best fit. If you are between sizes we suggest sizing up. Our ventilated bee jackets are lightweight and it is better to have the extra room when working bees.
Note: The chest measurement is the jackets actual maximum circumference. If you have a chest measurement of 42 and get a jacket with 42 inch chest measurement it will fit skin tight.
The waist of our bee jackets is VERY stretchy by design. This makes a tight closure around your waist keeping bees out. This size chart “Waist Not Stretched” measurement is the circumference of the jacket when laid flat with no tension on the elastic. The waist will stretch from this measurement to the fully stretched measurement.

I’m not much on wearing full jackets or suits usually just a vail mainly because of temperature and the ease of on and off! but keep jackets around because of teaching bee classes. but I will say I had to try this the day I received it! I will say this is the lightest jacket I’ve ever put on great visibility and definitely cooler than 3 layer or cotton. The zipper vail come in handy for sure. All I can say if anyone was going to wear a ventilated jacket this is the one.

Great bee suit. Very comfortable and breathable. The mask is also really nice, doesn’t block my view very much and is almost invisible, kinda like you’re wearing a really weak pair of sunglasses. The thumb loops are really nice for making sure the sleeves stay in place. The zippers are smooth and easy to use. Overall, really glad with my purchase and would recommend.

So I’ve had the jacket for about 10 months now. I really like the jacket, the zippers, air flow and so forth. All top notch. My only issue is that I chose the fencing veil as that is what I had been exposed to previously. My pro lem is that the veil often compresses against my face. I’ll try to pull it forward at the beginning of every use, but it seems to easily find it’s way back. I do wear a ball cap to try and prevent this. I’ve even been stung in the lip through the veil once. I’m going to order the round veil and hope that suits me better.

Living in SW Florida I needed a jacket that was lightweight and breathable, the Comfort Pro fit the bill perfectly. Much lighter and cooler than my other commercial jackets. I prefer the PVC zippers over the metal ones on my Guardian jacket. Matt recommended I size up one size and it was a good call, the jacket is comfortable, and I feel confident that I am protected from stings. The customer service is really good. I gave size info and they reached out to give me a little more info about the fit. This suit is much softer against bare skin than another popular brand I tried, so it is comfortable to wear with shorts and a T-shirt underneath. The fencing veil initially seemed floppy, but I haven’t noticed an issue with it while inspecting bees. I like the extra height in the veil, so I can hold frames up and look up without my view being cut off. The zip opening on the front of the fencing veil is a nice feature.
